How painting helps me to be a better person not only it helps me share my joy but also the calm while nurturing my inner child.

 

Little back story - This January, I clearly wasn’t acknowledging how overworked I was. How I needed some sort of rest. Well a letter brought that unwanted break. I had to take a pause, re evaluate where I was going and what I wanted to achieve.

I was reminded that "It's how one faces their adversity that defines their Future" I was pretty upset and confused, but am glad I leaned on my painting passion to process my now!
