As I started creating this collection wood felt like the perfect base for this collection. The Raw look, the textire peeking thru showed felt similar to how vulnerable I was feeling. I was drawn to this image as it brought a sense of calm to my find with a fresh outlook. I was able to relax and let go.
For me this painting adds the zest that sometimes we forget.
