Shipping Policy

We try to keep the postage costs as low as possible, so delivery is by standard royal mail first class service unless you contact me to arrange otherwise. Contact me for recorded/expedited deliver rates.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation the day I post it, please allow 1-3 days for post to UK addresses, 12-14 days for international orders. Your order will probably arrive sooner, but please be aware that possible delays are beyond my control especailly during holiday season. 

Return & Exchange Policy

I do accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Returns and exchange details

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date, for a full refund excluding shipping fees. The customer must pay the return shipping fees and should return any items via an insured shipping method.

Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or substantially delayed in the mail.

In the rare instance where a damaged item, or the wrong item, has been received, please get in touch immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.
